To ensure we can serve all our clients effectively, please review our policy: Cancellations: * Consultations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may limit future scheduling priority Rescheduling: * We're happy to reschedule your consultation at any time with at least 24 hours' notice * Simply use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly No-Shows: * If you miss your scheduled consultation without notice, we may require a brief phone screening before booking future appointments We're Here to Help: * If you have an emergency or unexpected conflict, please contact us as soon as possible.
